Applicants can register only once in the admission portal for this institution. On successful completion of registration a unique 10 digit application number is generated, which the applicant receives in SMS and Email if provided, along with his/her chosen password.
The system checks whether an applicant is unique from the following data – Name, Roll No. (10 + 2), Mobile No. and e-mailid
Applicant is responsible to provide correct information/data, to the best of his/her knowledge, while filling up the online form and in the process if it is found that there is any discrepancy, then his/her application is liable to be cancelled.
After confirmation any candidate will not able to modify any information
After confirmation of the registration the candidate can take a printout of the Application Form. Please note that after publication of provisional merit list no modification of data is allowed at the applicant end.
It is mandatory/compulsory for a candidate to provide his/her personal mobile number and emailid which may be used to send various information during the process of admission.
To apply for new subject/s after confirming the application, a candidate needs to login using his/her registration ID and password and click the link 'apply more subjects' and add new subject to the application.
The verification of all the documents according to the declaration in the form submitted will be done only on the date of commencement of classes.
Admission will be cancelled if the documents are found not in conformity with the declaration in the forms submitted.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given by us, to any other institution for any reason whatsoever, without your prior consent.
The institution preserves the right, in its discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Agreement at any time, to be effective immediately once published in the website.
The institution treats your personal information or your use of the service as private and confidential and does not check, edit or reveal it to any third parties except where it believes in good faith, such action is necessary to comply with the applicable legal and regulatory processes.
Except where specifically agreed upon or necessary for operational or regulatory reasons the institution will not send you any unsolicited information via e-mail/SMS.
The institution may collect unnamed statistics, which do not personally identify you and reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics.

All matters of dispute shall be dealt under the jurisdiction of Calcutta High Court
Refunds, if applicable, will be determined solely at the discretion of the College. Factors such as the timing of the cancellation, administrative costs incurred, and the nature of the program may influence the refund decision.
The College reserves the right to amend, approve, or deny any refund request. All decisions made by the College in this regard shall be considered final and binding.
