  • Awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Geography.
  • Serving as Assistant Professor at Bijoy Krishna Girls’ College since 2015.
  • Earlier served as the Head of the Department and is presently continuing in the role for a second tenure 
  • Completed two minor research projects.
  • Editor of academic books related to teacher education and educational transformation.
  • Presented 14 research papers in numerous national and international conferences last five years.
  • Contributed 5 chapters in edited book in last two years.
