ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

History of Dept:- The Honours and General Course of Political science started from June 1950.
Mission & Vision:- The very discipline of Political Science aims to respond to all contemporary events surrounding us and to contextualize those in historical perspective with a suitable response for future. The department thus tries to equip its students to emerge as self sufficient, sensible and responsible citizens in the context of given curriculum of the University and amalgamating those with several co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
