Dr. Subhra Chakraborty has received National Award for “Jatiya Shikshika” in 2011, “Pradhan Acharya Rashtra” award in 2016 and “Dronacharya” award in 2017.

Tamasa Samanta & Ankita Basu have secured Second position in Band Music Competition in Inter College Competition (Impulse, 2025) held on 17^th to 19^th December, 2025 at Bijoy Krishna Girls’ College, Howrah.

Soumasree Das has secured First position in Science Day Presentation in Intra College Competition held on 9^th March, 2026 at Bijoy Krishna Girls’ College, Howrah.

Sem-4 named ‘Understanding the self’, presented papers in national and international conferences, delivered invited lectures and served as resource person.
Mr. Ananta Halder Assistant Professor	Completed two minor research projects. Editor of academic books related to teacher education and educational transformation, published several research papers. Presented 14 research papers in numerous national and international conferences Delivered invited lectures and served as resource person. Completed Orientation Programme, Refresher Courses, and Faculty Development Programmes under UGC and MMTTC.
Dr. Tuhina Begum Assistant Professor	Completed two minor research projects, editor of academic book related to School Internship & research a Handbook for Trainee Teachers. Presented 12 research papers, contributed 4 chapters in edited book, published several research papers in peer-reviewed and UGC-CARE listed journals. Completed Faculty Induction Programme, Refresher Courses, Faculty Development Programme Short Term Programme under UGC-HRDC and UGC- MMTTC.

Mrs. Debanjana Sur Bhattacharyya State Aided College Teacher	Attended State Level One Day Workshop on Assuring Quality in Higher Education: Assessment, Accreditation and National Education Policy,2020, ICSSR sponsored Two-Days Workshop on ‘Girl Child Education In India’. Paper presented in One Day National Seminer,2023 and in ICSSR sponsored 2-Days International ,2024. Contributed one chapter in Book Chapter,2025.
Dr. Chandrima Sarkar State Aided College Teacher	Attended various State Level workshops. Presented Papers in National Seminars. Contributed chapter in book related to Teacher Education.
Mrs. Mrinmayee De (Ghosh) State Aided College Teacher	Contributed 4 chapters in books. Presented 3 papers in seminars.
Dr. Sova Patra State Aided College Teacher	Published several research papers in National and International Journals, contributed chapter in edited book. Presented research paper in National Congress, participated in numerous National and International Workshop, Seminar and Conference. Mr. Mrinmay Nandan State Aided College Teacher	Presented 10 research papers in numerous national and international conferences. Contributed 5 chapters in edited books, published several research papers in peer-reviewed and UGC-CARE listed journals. Attended different national & international seminars and workshops. Completed Orientation Programme, Refresher Courses, and Faculty Development Programmes under UGC and MMTTC.
Dr. Manoranjan Parua State Aided College Teacher	Published 11 research related paper in Peer -reviewed and UGC Approved/Care journal, 4 book chapters through various publications and a book named “Organization Climate, Teaching Competency and Job satisfaction in Secondary School” level in 2019. Completed and participated in different workshop,seminer and symposium in both national and international level, 7 days Faculty Development Programme(FDP) under UGC and MMTTC. Writer of “Bharater Shikhyar Itihash’’ which is related to flourish of our Indian education and culture.
Mr. Paltu Malik Full Time College Contractual Teacher	Presented 8 papers in national Seminar. Published multiple research papers in seminar proceedings. Guided Two Post graduate (M.P.Ed) dissertation in Physical Education. Completed seven Faculty Development Programmes under PMMMNMTT.
Mrs. Sampa Sarkar Full Time College Contractual Teacher	Presented 4 papers in national and international Seminar last four years. Contributed 9 chapters in an edited book, academic content to a published Upper Primary TET preparation book. Published two research papers in peer-reviewed journals.
